Scott is a geologist with seven years of experience in exploration and mining, primarily focused on precious and base metal . He has designed and executed exploration programs for both greenfield and brownfield projects across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Scott has particular experience of gold exploration in West Africa and Egypt, overseeing diamond and RC drilling programmes, prospectivity assessments, geological mapping, and soil sampling, while ensuring strict adherence to QAQC standards.
Scott began his career with Centamin in Egypt and Côte d'Ivoire, before joining SRK Exploration where he has built a portfolio of consultanting experience across Egypt, Norway, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and Greenland. He is proficient with GIS and geological modelling software and has contributed to Competent Person’s Reports for TSX and ASX listings in alignment with NI 43-101 and JORC Code requirements.
His commodity experience includes gold, tin-tungsten, base metals, titanium, and other critical metals.
