International Women's Day

For International Women’s Day, we are embracing the #GiveToGain theme by shining a light on the many ways women in SRK contribute – and how those contributions help them grow, both personally and professionally.

These reflections are not formal statements, but honest snapshots of how they approach and experience their work – moments of leadership, quiet support, innovation, resilience, mentorship and care. Together, they show how giving time, knowledge, creativity and encouragement can lead to growth, confidence and a deeper sense of purpose.

The SRK’s values embrace diversity through the common identity of being engineers and scientists.

What have you gained?

I have gained the trust of my team and clients, who recognize the responsibility with which we, as a company, approach the various services we provide. Who gave to you and what did you gain from them?

My first manager, Sandra Linero, was my role model for many years. She taught me to empathize with clients, building closeness but, above all, understanding their needs. She was also a very empathetic and flexible person when it came to balancing professional and family life. Then I think “time” itself has played its part.
