Independent Technical Review of the Cracow and Tritton Mining Operations, Australia
SRK Consulting was engaged by Aeris Resources Limited to prepare an Independent Technical Review (ITR) of the Cracow gold operation in Queensland and the Tritton copper operation in New South Wales.
The review was undertaken to support the refinancing of Aeris’s debt and bonding facilities and provides an independent opinion on the technical merits of the Company’s producing and development assets over a 4-year outlook period.
The review comprised a multidisciplinary assessment of Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves in accordance with the JORC Code (2012), mining and geotechnical design, processing and metallurgy, tailings and water management, environmental and social performance, mine closure planning, capital and operating costs, contractual arrangements, and overall project risk.
Site inspections were completed at both operations to inform SRK’s understanding of operating conditions and data reliability, and to engage directly with site personnel.
SRK’s findings and recommendations were provided to support informed financing decisions and to assist Aeris in prioritising technical risk mitigation and optimisation opportunities ahead of further project development.
