Recent SEC changes to disclosure rules aim to provide investors with more comprehensive information on properties to support investment decisions. New requirements to disclose resource estimates will largely harmonize U.S. regulations with NI 43-101 and JORC reporting standards. However, minor differences between standards need to be well-understood by operators in order to remain in compliance in the future. This session will host an expert panel discussion on issues related to the timing and scale of changes to disclosure faced by exploration and mining companies registered on U.S. exchanges.
