Strategic Mine Planning – Best practices for planning at any project stage, addressing mining method selection, cut-off grades, scheduling priorities, waste management, carbon footprint, closure, and data gaps.
Underground Mining Studies – Workflow and decision-making from resource models to stope optimisation, mine design, scheduling, and cost modelling.
Value Mining in Open Pits – Using strategic evaluation, scenario analysis, and trade-off studies to optimise resources and align technical potential with economic goals.
