The event will highlight prospects of the Kazakhstan minerals market, new opportunities for investors and businesses, improvements in the local legislation, successes of introducing innovative technologies in geological exploration of Kazakhstan, and the challenges to be addressed when entering the Kazakhstan market.

Speakers at the Kazakhstan day event will include government officials, the executives of leading mining and exploration companies, as well as the global exploration service providers.

Description

The main metallogenic belts of Kazakhstan are part of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt, a tectonic collage that was concomitantly assembled, mineralised, and deformed.

The complex ore geometries resulting from prolonged deformation posed a significant pitfall to Soviet and post-Soviet exploration campaigns, and preserved the country’s spectacular undiscovered metal endowment to be unleashed by the savvy and modern explorer.
