His work focuses on value creation and risk mitigation through structured approaches to technical reviews, public disclosure reports, and mining studies.
Stuart has led advisory projects in 18 countries across four continents. He has also overseen more than 100 project reviews for independent engineer (debt financing) and M&A/offtake mandates, representing over $50 billion in potential transaction value. He has served as project manager or project director on more than 30 technical studies, many of which were prepared for securities disclosures (NI 43-101 and various SEC guidelines). These studies range from strategic-level conceptual assessments to PEA, PFS, and FS level studies. Additionally, Stuart has facilitated multi-disciplinary risk assessment workshops for development and capital projects.
