She has a PhD in lithium geochemistry and has applied her knowledge to exploration for brine, LCT pegmatite, volcano-sedimentary, and granite-hosted lithium deposits, notably in South America. She has developed tools and methodologies to maximise the utility of multielement geochemical data for characterisation of pegmatites and vectoring towards the most prospective intrusions.
Silvana has contributed to exploration drilling campaigns, data processing, and sampling QA/QC analysis for gold, copper, and lithium projects. Additionally, she has completed environmental monitoring and environmental impact reports.
