Rodney has the experience to be considered a Competent Person for Mineral Resource declaration in a variety of terrains and commodities, including iron ore, gold, bauxite, mineral sands, silver, lead, zinc, copper, molybdenum, manganese, nickel, rare earth elements, and some industrial minerals.
Rodney has managed or been a significant participant in over 160 projects throughout Australia, Africa, Russia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, North America, India, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. His contributions have included exploration planning, sampling theory, geological modelling, advanced geostatistical analyses, resource estimation, operations support, due diligence, audits, and the preparation of Independent Technical Reports.
Rodney has maintained a high level of proficiency in various mining-related software systems. He also has several years’ experience as a metallurgist in the steel industry.
