He has led teams and contractors, and has demonstrated expertise in 3D geological modelling, structural input to geotechnical risk assessment, estimation, project management, QAQC for mining and exploration, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. 

Since joining SRK, Richard has completed peer and structural reviews with associated model updates for multiple channel iron deposit, Marra Mamba and Brockman iron ore deposits using Leapfrog, Vulcan, Geology Core, Wellcad, Dips, acQuire, ArcGIS Pro and in-house tools, with full reporting and formal model handovers.
