Gary has a dynamic 23-year technical career reflecting diverse capabilities in civil engineering and geology. His breadth of expertise includes hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, geologic mapping, GIS data analysis, and water resource exploration and development. In the last 13 years, he has established himself as a hydrologic and hydraulic engineer with expertise in drainage plan development, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and modelling, flood control structure design, dam break analysis, flood studies for Federal Emergency Management Agency, and floodplain mapping. His experience includes development of engineering design plans and design reports documenting stormwater controls for permitting and construction of mine facilities.
