He has worked across exploration, underground, open-pit, and laterite mining operations, as well as in senior corporate roles, giving him a comprehensive perspective on technical, strategic, and regulatory challenges in the mining industry.
Chris has led initiatives in production reconciliation, governance and disclosure reporting, due diligence, mineral inventory growth, and operational process improvement. He is recognized for his ability to identify technical risk and opportunity, driving continuous improvement through pragmatic, multidisciplinary collaboration.
He holds a BSc Honours in Applied Geology from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in Geology from Laurentian University. Chris is also active in mentoring and professional development within the industry.
