With over 17 years of executive experience, César has led the development of supply chain areas in global companies operating in Argentina, achieving the integration of links and operational flexibility in complex environments.
César has successfully managed the integration of supply chain processes from two regional operations with a multinational company. This included: operations diagnosis and strategy, organizational structure design, medium- and long-term logistics master plans, optimization of warehousing and transportation processes, implementation of technology and support systems, as well as integration with key suppliers.
Currently, at SRK, he plays a key role in the development of a new supply chain service designed to provide comprehensive solutions for mining supply chain processes, contributing to the team with his strategic and operational cross-industry value chain perspective.
