Camilo Raúl de los Hoyos

His experience includes geochemistry applied to the assessment of acid rock drainage potential and the mobility of metals/metalloids, mineralogical and petrological evaluation of mining waste, hydrochemical studies for baseline, operational, and closure stages, water resource exploration, design and execution of lithium brine exploration programs, exploration of materials for brine processing such as sulfates and limestones, as well as technical audits and due diligences.

He has participated in the development of closure and remediation plans for projects in Argentina, Chile, and Peru. Additionally, he has experience in consulting and technical audits for projects carried out in Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Nicaragua, and India. He has also collaborated on scientific research projects in geochemistry and isotopic geology in Argentina, Brazil, and Germany.

Camilo has published more than 10 scientific articles on geochemistry, lithium, geochronology, and petrology. Furthermore, he has delivered over 10 lectures and technical presentations in countries such as Argentina, Peru, Colombia, South Africa, Germany, and Australia.
