Cam's experience includes the site selection, design, permitting, operation, and closure of mine waste facilities.
He has assumed various roles, from project manager to technical specialist, on multidisciplinary teams responsible for the development, operation and/or closure of mines in northern Canada, the Americas, Europe, Africa. and Asia.
In addition, he has participated on SRK teams undertaking due diligence assessments and audits of international mining projects and, more recently, has been a member of several independent review panels involved with the design and construction of tailings storage facilities in the US and Mexico.
