Ben Ollila

Ben has expertise in management of mine seismicity, using seismic monitoring and data analysis techniques (mXrap) as well as numerical methods (FLAC3D). He has practical experience in the design, implementation, and assessment of ground support strategies for most mining applications. He is skilled in the geotechnical aspects of mine design including mining method selection, optimization of stope designs and stope sequencing.
