Environmental and Social Policy
We recognise and support the need for development. We also recognise the need to integrate development with environmental protection and socially responsible practices to achieve sustainability. In running our consulting business and advising our clients, we will seek solutions that minimise impacts on the biophysical and social environments. We make this policy meaningful by:
- Striving to conserve resources and preserve the environment in the course of SRK buiness
- Encouraging staff and associates to be aware of the environment and social implications of their work
- Promoting sound environmental practices and recommending the same to our clients
- Assisting our clients to implement plans and policies consistent with social responsibility
- Promoting the exchange of environmental and social information with the SRK Group, including appropriate training
- Advising our clients to consult with government agencies and local communities
